Although Portugal borders Spain, paella is surprisingly hard to come by. Thankfully restaurants like Teimar exist to serve up a scarlet shrimp paella so good that they could get away with serving terrible appetizers.
Lucky for us, their appetizers are amazing as well! Teimar restaurant is part of a restaurant group that also includes sister-restaurants Cortesia and Outro Tempo, but Teimar stands tall as the finest restaurant among the three, specializing in fantastic fish crudos, tartares, and carpaccios.
