Chef Zé and his crew at Entropia are a young bunch of restaurant newbies; a passionate team of hip kids eager to impress with the first legit neo-tasca along the Bica funicular.
While Entropia could easily leverage its location to get away with being a tourist-trap, this hipster eatery is anything but; a restaurant that leans into the traditions of a classic tasca (metal plates serving shareable dishes, from nduja shrimp to steak fillets), but subverts expectations with Spanish tortillas, drinkable tiramisus, and an unashamed love for butter!
Entropia has a low ceiling, careful lighting, and an open kitchen make for a vibrant dining experience that doesn’t lean too formal: Perfect for a college student’s birthday bash, or a wine-drunk date night!
