Thankfully, his food is brilliant! From foie gras burgers to frake sashimi and a celeriac shawarma, Baz isn’t just another trendy party-spot that whips up a half-decent bowl of hummus. It’s a lively space with a wraparound bar that ensnares a bombastic open kitchen, all while a DJ near the entrance blasts beats to slowly but surely turn a chill restaurant into a bumping cocktail bar.
