Few eateries sport a “hold my beer” mentality quite like this elegant, but always cool, open-fire kitchen. With a rotational menu it’s a bit of a moot point to hype up dishes you probably won’t get the chance to try, but I’ll never forget my first time devouring their pesto flat bread, chili prawn carpaccio, and creamy dover sole, each dish more succulent than the last.
Like the best family-style restaurants, the bigger your “family” the better: Sure, you’ll get a smaller bite of each plate, but a wise man will gladly dip their toes into the whole menu here rather than sticking to a handful of dishes.
